Supports foreign entities interested in starting operations in Poland.
Participates in tax and customs proceedings, in particular those related to obtaining customs authorisations, transfer of customs authorisations during the process of mergers and accusitions, rectification of customs declarations or binding tariff or rate information.
Supports clients in obtaining customs authorisations, including AEO, approved place, temporary storage, customs warehouse, end-use procedure or inward processing.
Participates in the implementation of processes related to the determination of preferential origin of goods.
Conducts internal audits on international transactions, including EU transactions, exports, imports, chain transactions).
Supports clients in the application of regulations on non-tariff trade restrictions, including: dual-use, ODS, FGG, CBAM.
