- shaping and implementing incentive schemes;
- advisory in the area of 50% tax deductions;
- conducting reviews of remuneration systems in terms of correctness of settlements and efficiency.
Supports individual taxpayers on tax effective forms of conducting business activity.
Has experience in advising clients on inheritance and donation tax as well as solidarity tax.
Represents clients before tax authorities and administrative courts.
