Sale of two buildings from the LIXA complex

The MDDP team consisting of Justyna Bauta-Szostak, Bartosz Bogdański, Piotr Paśko and Sebastian Serowik supported Yareal, one of the leading developers in Poland, in a transaction of sale of 2 office buildings to a South Korean consortium represented by Commerz Real. The agreement concluded with the main tenant was one of the largest in the history of the Polish office market.

The work carried out by our team included comprehensive tax support for transactions, including the preparation of applications for individual interpretations to secure the tax consequences of planned activities.

The LIXA building complex was commissioned in November 2020.
