Sale of the Nowogrodzka Square

The MDDP team consisting of Justyna Bauta-Szostak, Piotr Paśko, Bartosz Bogdański and Sebastian Serowik advised on the sale of the Nowogrodzka Square office building to a French fund managed by Amundi Real Estate. We provided transactional advisory to Yareal and moreover, we have prepared applications for interpretations securing the entire process and settlement of parties after the transaction.

The Nowogrodzka Square office building was commissioned in autumn 2018.
