Sale of Neopark

MDDP’s team with Justyna Bauta-Szostak, Piotr Paśko, Bartosz Bogdański, Sebastian Serowik and Justyna Adamska advised one of the leading real estate development companies, Yareal Polska, on the sale of Neopark, a modern office complex located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The buyer is a French investment fund. Neopark is a modern office complex which consist of two fully leased buildings of the total area of 24,000 sqm.

MDDP provided the client with ongoing support by analysing the tax consequences at each stage of the transaction and effectively secured the tax consequences by obtaining individual tax rulings for the companies involved.
