Real estate trade leader listed on WSE

MDDP advised Griffin Premium RE.. NV., one of the real estate trade leaser, in the IPO process  on the WSE. It was the first stock exchange debut of the REIT company focused on office and office and commercial real estate. IPO / sales value: PLN 508,253,171. The value of the company at the time of the debut: PLN 889,959,120

The project involved preparing a group of companies to enter the Warsaw Stock Exchange and establishing dividend payment methods for investors as part of Griffin Premium RE.. NV.

MDDP helped the Dutch company in preparing a structure aimed at consolidating real estate projects and advised it in preparation for listing on the stock exchange. MDDP issued opinions on specific actions that simplified flows within the structure – explained Justyna Bauta-Szostak, Partner at MDDP and the Head of the Real Estate Practice.

Griffin Premium RE .. is the first REIT  company on the Polish stock exchange focused on office and office and commercial real estate. Its portfolio includes 9 facilities in 5 major Polish cities, with a total gross leasable area of ​​around 170,000. square meters.

Many tax advisers and legal counsels from other countries took part in the project. On the MDDP side, the transaction was managed by a team led by Justyna Bauta-Szostak and Łukasz Kosonowski.
