Purchase of Katowice Business Point

MDDP advised Adventum International – a Malta based investment fund manager on the purchase of Katowice Business Point. MDDP Corporate Finance Team (Łukasz Zabłocki, Rafał Koszewski and Przemysław Golak) was responsibe for the financial part of a deal, while MDDP Real Estate team (Justyna Bauta-Szostak Piotr Paśko and Sebastian Serowik) was responsible for the tax part of the project.

Adventum has app. 400 million EUR of assets under management, invested in commercial real estate with focus on retail and office assets.

Katowice Business Point is an exclusive office building with a usable area of over 17,000 sq m, located in one of the most prestigious districts of Katowice.
