MDDP wins 3 ITR EMEA Tax Awards 2024
MDDP, in its 20th year operating on the tax advisory market, was nominated in 10 categories and won as many as 3 ITR EMEA Tax Awards 2024:
- Poland Indirect Tax Law Firm of the Year
- ESG Firm of the Year
- Impact Deal of the Year ‘WindLight Joint Venture’.
MDDP was represented at the awards gala in London by Monika Dziedzic, Justyna Bauta-Szostak, Joanna Ryś-Bednarczyk and Piotr Paśko.
Poland Indirect Tax Law Firm of the Year awards. ESG Firm of the Year and Impact Deal of the Year, are further recognitions for MDDP granted by ITR following the recently announced ITR World Tax 2025 and ITR World Tax Leader results, in which MDDP received a record number of as many as 15 recommendations.
- Tier 1 in the ‘Indirect Tax’ category (for the seventh consecutive year)
- Tier 1 in the ‘General Corporate Tax’ category (third year in a row)
- Tier 1 in the ‘Tax Controversy’ category.
- Tier 1 in the ‘Transfer Pricing’ category
In addition, as many as 11 MDDP experts: Justyna Bauta-Szostak, Bartosz Bogdański, Renata Dłuska (OC), Monika Dziedzic, Magdalena Dymkowska, Janina Fornalik, Marta Klepacz, Katarzyna Kozakowska, Magdalena Marciniak, Tomasz Michalik and Piotr Paśko were named as highly recommended tax experts in Poland in this year’s ITR World Tax Leaders 2025 ranking.

ITR presented its tax awards for the twentieth time, and MDDP in its twenty-year history:
- twice received the ‘Poland Tax Firm of the Year’ award,
- four times the ‘Poland Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year’ award,
- Tomasz Michalik, won the regional award ‘Indirect Tax Practice Leader of the Year’,
- Magdalena Marciniak was nominated for the ‘Transfer Pricing Practice Leader of the Year’ award,
- MDDP was nominated for the regional ‘CJEU Firm of the Year’ award as the only firm from Poland
