MDDP supported White Stone with the sale of Celebro
Experts of MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy advised White Stone Development on the sale of the Celebro office building to Eika Real Estate Fund, represented by Eika Asset Management.
Celebro is a modern Class A office building located at 22 Gładka Street in Warsaw with Avon as its largest lessee, associated with the location for over 20 years. Part of the building has been adapted to house the most modern clinical research centre in Europe for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in CEE.
MDDP provided the client with ongoing tax support for the transaction. The work was managed by Katarzyna Kozakowska with the support of Justyna Bauta-Szostak and Bartosz Bogdański with the engagement of Iwanna Lewko, Agnieszka Derlatka and Wiktoria Prusak.
Katarzyna Kozakowska (MDDP Real Estate Practice): “We are proud to have been able to support White Stone Development with another transaction, particularly given that this one – both interesting and attractive – was carried out at a particularly difficult moment in the market. We would like to thank Ms Anna Suchodorska and the White Stone team for their cooperation.”
White Stone is a developer of modern residential and commercial properties in Poland. Its portfolio includes intimate estates and large, multi-storey apartment buildings, Class A office complexes and historic properties undergoing revitalisation, such as Warsaw’s Fort Mokotów.
The buyer of the building, Eika Real Estate Fund, represented by Eika Asset Management, is a Lithuanian asset manager.
In addition to MDDP, Avison Young and CMS were involved in the transaction on the seller’s part.
