MDDP Olkiewicz & Partners has been awarded in the IFLR1000!

During the last year our Law Firm has been involved in a numerous mergers and acquisitions projects, that has been carried out for companies from ex. the real estate, sustainable energy, media and medical services sectors. It is worth mentioning:

• legal support on the acquisition of ROBYG Business Center located in Warsaw’s Wilanów district from Robyg Business Park, where our Law Firm was responsible for creating an investment platform, providing services to investors, developing a transaction structure and equity financing and (in cooperation with MDDP tax team and another Law Firm) legal support for transactions and bank financing, or
• innovative project of SUSI Energy Efficiency Fund (SEEF) worth 30 MLN EUR, led by the investment fund SUSI Partners AG and the Polish energy company Luneos , in which MDDP is a key advisor and coordinates the whole transaction on behalf of the investor
• preparation of a number of intra-group agreements for the acquisition of Poland’s largest network of private dormitories – Student Depot worth 60 MLN EUR.
