MDDP is a Substantive Partner of the Annual Commercial Real Estate Market Conference

10 December saw the 30th edition of the Annual Commercial Real Estate Market Conference in Poland, which is one of the most important events bringing together representatives of the investment, warehouse, retail and residential real estate markets. We are pleased to announce that MDDP was a substantive partner of this year’s jubilee edition of the conference organised by Eurobuild CEE.

What did we talk about?

The event was an excellent opportunity to sum up the past year and reflect on the future of the real estate market. We discussed the situation in the most important markets and identified the most serious challenges and strengths.

During the opening panel, which concerned the investment market, the moderator was Justyna Bauta-Szostak, partner, tax adviser and attorney at law in the Real Estate Team at MDDP. The discussion covered issues such as the factors shaping the market or emerging asset classes and the strongest sources of capital. Also participating were:
