MDDP as an advisor in Yareal's real estate transaction

Experts from MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy advised Yareal on the acquisition of an office building in central Warsaw from CA Immo. The Wspólna 47-49 building totals almost 8 thousand sqm of commercial space and 137 parking spaces.

MDDP’s support covered comprehensive advisory in the acquisition of shares in the company owning the office building.
