MDDP as a partner of Forum Rynku Nieruchomości

The Real Estate Market Forum will be held in Sopot on August 24 and 25 – MDDP have been a partner of  this meeting for years. The forum is the first industry meeting after the lockdown caused by the coronavirus. During the conference, the experts will make a summary of profits and losses on the Polish real estate market during the pandemic, they will debate the possible scenarios for the development of the industry and share real solutions for surviving difficult times.

On the second day, Piotr Paśko, a tax advisor and manager in the Real Estate Team, will be a speaker at an important panel, available to all participants of the conference entitled “Discreet charm of plots with legal defects”, which will cover such issues as:

• Where to find troubled land – why not only in industrial districts?
• The most common problems and how to solve them.
• Cooperation of local government authorities with developers as a good tool for revitalizing the urban fabric.

This year, together with Piotr, the event is attended by Tomasz Olkiewicz, attorney-at-law and partner at MDDP Olkiewicz & Partners, Łukasz Kosonowski, tax advisor and partner in the Transaction Advisory Team, and Łukasz Kupień, tax advisor and senior manager in the Real Estate Team.
