MDDP among the leaders of the World Tax and World TP 2020 rankings!

This year’s World Tax and World Transfer Pricing rankings, prepared by the prestigious International Tax Review, earned MDDP four distinctions:

1. For the first time in history, only Polish companies were included in the Tier 1 of the “Indirect Tax” category. This is another confirmation that also respondents from other countries perceive MDDP as a leader on the Polish VAT advisory market.
2. For the first time in history, we were included in this ranking in the “General Corporate Tax” category. We are here in Tier 2 – again in the company of international law firms. This is a great success for our advisors dealing with various income taxes!
3. This year we debuted in the ranking also in the “Tax Controversy” category, where we are together with international law firms in Tier 2 . This is the fruit of our success in proceedings before both domestic courts and the Court of Justice of the EU.
4. Once again, our excellent position in the area of ​​transfer pricing is confirmed by the distinction given to our Transfer Pricing Practice, which was included in Tier 2 in the “World Transfer Pricing” ranking. Our TP Practice is one of the largest, most experienced and most frequently awarded practices on the market and represents a full range of professional services in this field.
