MDDP advised Lone Star Funds on the acquisition of 3 office buildings

MDDP provided tax advisory to Lone Star Funds on the acquisition of 3 office buildings from Cavatina (Carbon Tower in Wroclaw, Tischnera Office and Ocean Office Park A in Krakow). The value of the offices amounts to more than EUR 139 million.

MDDP’s team was led by Piotr Paśko with the support of Bartosz Bogdański, Sebastian Serowik, Justyna Adamska, Rafał Kran, Agnieszka Krzyżaniak, Karolina Lewkowicz and Krzysztof Bielawny. Some corporate aspects of the transaction were handled by Wiktoria Chwiedosik and Patryk Kozuj of Osborne Clark. The project was supervised by Justyna Bauta-Szostak, head of MDDP real estate practice.
