MDDP advised GH Development on the purchase of the plot from Multikino

Developer GH Development has purchased a plot of land in Ursynów from Multikino. On the site of the oldest cinema of the Multikino chain in the capital city, a complex of residential and commercial buildings will be built with approximately 300 flats.

MDDP provided the client with comprehensive tax support for the transaction. The work was managed by Piotr Paśko with the support of Justyna Bauta-Szostak and the involvement of Bartosz Bogdański, Sebastian Serowik, Justyna Adamska and Paweł Goś, Katarzyna Trzaska -Matusiak and Magdalena Krzemińska.

GH Development has been operating on the Polish market since 2018, focusing on the implementation of its business strategy of creating modern and innovative residential investments in attractive locations. In 2022, the developer completed the MOXO HOUSE apartment building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

The plot purchased from Multikino S.A. will be the 9th in GH Development’s Warsaw portfolio. The company is currently working on developments in attractive locations in the capital: in Bemowo, Białołęka, Bielany, Praga Północ, Ursynów, Wawer, Włochy and Wola.
