MDDP advised Cornerstone on the acquisition of the Warta Tower

The experts from MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic and Partners advised a company belonging to the investment platform Cornerstone Investment Management on the acquisition of the Warsaw office building Warta Tower, located on Chmielna Street, with an area of over 30,000 square meters, from the Globalworth fund. The signed agreement is valued at approximately 63 million euros.

MDDP’s support included comprehensive tax advisory for the transaction. The team was led by Justyna Bauta-Szostak (partner, real estate team leader), supported by Bartosz Bogdański (partner), Katarzyna Kozakowska (senior manager), Dariusz Fistek (manager), and Agnieszka Ośka (consultant).

Cornerstone Investment Management is a private equity investment management company with assets worth 7 billion euros. In the near future, the platform plans to acquire more office properties in the business districts of Europe’s largest cities.
