MDDP advised Adventum Group on the acquisition of the Wola Retro office complex
The fund, which belongs to Adventum Group, has just signed an agreement transferring ownership of the buildings from its current owner, Develia Group. The value of the transaction was €69.3 million.
Scope of advisory services of MDDP covered all tax aspects of the transaction, including obtaining tax rulings to secure its consequences. The advisory team was led by Piotr Paśko, who was supported by Sebastian Serowik, Bartosz Bogdański, Rafał Kran, Justyna Adamska, Wiktoria Prusak, Krzysztof Bielawny, and Maciej Jankowski. The work was supervised by Justyna Bauta-Szostak.
This is another recent advisory project that MDDP has completed for Adventum Group. Recently, the firm’s experts supported the Client’s acquisition of the Marynarska Point I office building in Warsaw, the office buildings that serve as the headquarters for the Mercedes Polska Group, and the Sky Tower skyscraper in Wrocław.
Wola Retro is the office building complex completed in 2019, located in the Wola district of Warsaw. It comprises two new office buildings and already existing modernist building from the 1930s that was adapted in collaboration with a conservator of historical buildings. The complex offers a total of 25,000 square meters of office space.
Adventum Group has so far invested in CEE region projects worth a total of €2 billion, including office and retail properties.
