MDDP advised Adventum Group on the acquisition of the Marynarska Point I office building

MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic and Partners advised the investment fund managed by Adventum Group on the acquisition of the Marynarska Point I office building from Savills Investment Management. This is the last transaction completed by Savills IM European Office Fund.

The building, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, offers 13.3 thousand sqm of office space and is home to companies such as Generali and Nielsen. The property has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM In-Use Excellent environmental certificate, which confirms that it meets the highest ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) standards.
