Forum for Ecological Solutions in Real Estate (FERN) 2025

In response to the evolving needs of the real estate market, a unique conference – “Forum for Ecological Solutions in Real Estate 2025” (FERN) – will take place on April 7. This event presents an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge, exchange experiences, and discuss the future of the sector, particularly in the face of climate change.

Organized by Nowy Adres, the conference bridges ecological challenges and sustainable construction, targeting professionals in the real estate industry, including developers, investors, contractors, property managers, architects, tax advisors, and legal experts, as well as representatives from the public sector and IT industry. MDDP expert among FERN speakers

FERN offers an exceptional opportunity to hear from leading industry experts. We are pleased to announce that Piotr Paśko, partner and tax adviser at MDDP’s real estate team, has joined the lineup of speakers. Piotr specializes in advisory services for real estate sector entities, including domestic and cross-border restructuring projects, transactions involving property acquisitions and disposals, as well as complex real estate asset portfolios and investment platforms.

Our expert will participate in the panel discussion: “What to do with an old building… and how to plan an investment to avoid extra costs?” Experts will explore building circularity and second-life strategies, including their tax and financial implications. The panel is scheduled for 12:40 PM and will feature Ewa Andrzejewska (PINK), Tomasz Bojęć (ThinkCo), Piotr Grochowski (Arche), and Małgorzata Hendrich-Żugaj (SRDK Studio Projekt).

Another distinguished speaker at FERN will be Sylwia Uziębło-Kowalska, Counsel at Osborne Clarke, who will provide insights into the impact of legal regulations and EU directives on the real estate sector.
