Customs and excise advisory services

Why is this important?

Proper management of customs and excise matters is an essential element for any company engaged in international trade. The regulations are complex because they cover not only the Excise Duty Act and customs law but also international trade agreements and numerous EU directives. Meeting these requirements involves numerous formalities and close monitoring by customs and tax authorities.

How can we help?

  • Advisory services at the supply chain planning stage – including purchases or sales outside the EU.
  • Support and representation during customs and tax inspections and proceedings before administrative authorities and courts.
  • Assistance in obtaining and maintaining customs authorisations, particularly the AEO C and S (F) authorisations and the centralised clearance authorisation.
  • Customs and customs-tax training.
