Another transaction of Adventum Group carried out with the aid of MDDP advisors - acquisition of the Sky Tower in Wrocław
Experts of MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy provided advisory services to an investment fund managed by Adventum Group regarding the acquisition of Sky Tower in Wrocław (one of the tallest buildings in Poland).
The fund owned by Adventum Group has just signed an ownership transfer agreement with Develia Group, the current owner of the building. The transaction value was EUR 84.27 million.
The scope of MDDP’s advice covered all tax aspects of the transaction and included obtaining advance tax ruling securing its tax consequences. The advisory team was led by Justyna Bauta-Szostak (partner, real estate team leader) supported by: Piotr Paśko (senior manager), Bartosz Bogdański (partner), Sebastian Serowik (manager), Justyna Adamska (consultant), Daria Górka (senior consultant) and Rafał Kran (senior manager). This is yet another recent advisory project completed for the Adventum Group – recently, MDDP experts have supported a client in the acquisition of Marynarska Point I office building in Warsaw and in the acquisition of office buildings which are the headquarters of Mercedes Polska Group companies.
Sky Tower is a facility towering over Wrocław with an impressive height of 212 meters – which makes it the highest building in the city. It is one of the largest mixed-use projects in Poland. The building’s area includes office space, shops and luxury flats, as well as a multi-storey underground car park. Sky Tower covers as much as 171,000 square metres of space. Additionally, there is a publicly accessible viewpoint on the 49th floor (currently still the highest in Poland) offering an impressive panorama of the city.
Adventum Group manages assets of over EUR 1.5 billion, including office and retail buildings in Central and Eastern Europe.
